Physical and chemical properties:

Aluminum fluoride is white powder, needle-like crystallization, the specific gravity of 2.882-3.13g/cm3, sublimation temperature 1272℃, soluble in water, in hydrofluoric acid solution has a greater solubility: anhydrous fluorine 

The chemical properties：aluminum are very stable, but at the high temperature of 300-400 ℃, aluminum fluoride containing certain crystalline water will hydrolyze to Al203 and release the addition of HF gas.

Product usage:

Mainly used for molten salt refining aluminum as electrolyte adjustment agent, but also for ceramic glaze, catalyst and non-metallic flux.
